Sales Executive
We are seeking an Sales Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team at MaritimeMT.
Job description
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and evaluate customer needs.
- Set and achieve sales targets with effective strategies, and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, close deals, and manage the complaints process.
- Collaborate with team members and gather customer feedback to share with internal teams.
- Prepare and present quotes to potential clients, and coordinate course delivery by liaising with other colleagues.
- Align sales strategies with marketing activities and handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Plan and organise events to engage clients and promote sales.
Qualifications and other requirements:
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets with excellent networking skills and the ability to build connections naturally.
- Strong drive to understand and meet customer needs, working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent command of English, with previous experience in the maritime or yachting industry preferred.

Maritime Lecturer
We are seeking a Master Mariner to join our Academics team at MaritimeMT.
Job description
- Contributing towards the planning, development, verification and validation of courses as necessary.
- Participate in reviews of the courses as necessary.
- Participate in the reviews of the learning material as necessary.
- Participate in the course analysis as necessary.
- Deliver the course in a format that is compliant with the requirements of this Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure proper use of training equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist the Principal with any technical related matters including QMS related activities.
- Act as assessor and internal verifier if necessary.
- Provide technical support to prospective customers.
- Planning, managing and controlling the development of training programmes.
- Conducting research to keep up to date with changes happening within the maritime industry including changes happening to regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Must hold an OIC Unlimited CoC as per STCW Reg II/1, but holding a Master Mariner CoC as per STCW Reg II/2 will be considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and organisation skills.
