We are searching for a welcoming, professional individual to spearhead our front office at Marina Di Valletta. The candidate shall be the first point of contact for customers in the Marina and must have a service oriented can-do approach to maintain and enhance the quality service reputation the Marina already enjoys. You will be required to coordinate with administration and the marina berthing assistants, third-party subcontractors, yacht crew, port authorities and ultimately the Marina management.

Responsibilities:
• Front of house customer service activities.
• Annual Marina contract renewals and management.
• Transit yachts arrival procedures.
• Coordination between administration and berthing assistants.
• Weather forecast monitoring and coordinating circulation of information to the Marina team in a timely and efficient manner.
• Incoming communication management.
• Circulation of company newsletter.
• Concierge activities and general IT administration.
• Other day-day tasks as may be requested.
• Handling of funds, receipts, payments and reconciliations of the same.
• Chasing outstanding dues.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industries.
• A good level of IT proficiency.
• A service oriented attitude.
• Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Respect for people and ideas.
• Previous experience in Marina or the marine industry will be considered an asset.
• Good command and highly proficient in English is a must. A knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset.
