Department: Agency Operations
Requirements:
– Be fluent in both spoken and written English & Maltese.
– Have a good standard of education (MQF 4) or equivalent.
– Be computer literate & proficient in basic Microsoft office applications.
– Prepared to work long hours, weekends and public holidays (on roster basis).
– Own a clean and valid driving license
Job Description:
– Preparation of all necessary documentation for the relevant clearance of vessels with local authorities.
– Boarding on vessels in port as & when required.
– Handling of all requests by clients &/or vessel’s principals.
– Monitor operations & updating principals with operational reports.
– Coordination with all relevant parties for a smooth & efficient service.
– Handle back office documentation work.
